Went to watch "Top Girls" yesterday. School recommended us to go but in my class only eight people went. Some other classes had everyone attending! Oh well. The play was enjoyable enough yet I failed in my ulterior objective in getting to know the people in my class who went better... even in the desert God will provide! I'd like to encourage everyone who reads this to stand strong in faith! Your breakthrough will come with believing and declaring your victory in Christ!

Hey, guys. Didn't even get to finals. But the other representative of CJC won first place. He is really something else. Had only 2 public speaking competitions IN HIS LIFE and won FIRST PLACE in both, this time beating the likes of ACJC and RI. And he only started gaining experience THIS YEAR, same as me.Of course I'm happy for him but i hope that teachers won't use ONLY HIM for now on. I want to join more competitions!!! But really, praise God that I was even selected to represent my school. I want to win, but I want God's will for my life even more. That was the other guy's sentiment too.I wanted to pour out my dejections when I met my CG for PLAY at Sentosa, but I didn't get the chance to. Instead, the clean sea breeze and a round of frisbee snapped me out of my dejection!We had Praise and Worship under the darkening sky with the sand as our carpet. I didn't feel much for some reason but there were moments that touched me as well.Well this is a rather long post as compared to what I've been typing recently. Stay blessed!

Tomorrow is the big day! Iid be lying if i said I'm totally cool about it, but I'll leave my performance to the Lord. I really hope to post good news about it soon! At least I got to draw out the school blazer for this event, IMO it makes anyone look smarter! But wow, the competition came so fast that its a little scary. Wow, this Saturday I'll be attending the TPJC oratoricals! By grace alone!!!Last Saturday's Arrow service was epic. Pastor Keith was preaching and he gave handy definitions for us to remember by: GRACE: God's righteousness at Christ's expense. PEACE: Promises Effected At Christ's Expense. And here's the GOSPEL in one short phrase: God's Only Son Purchased Eternal Life. Wow! These are so true!PLAY is on this Saturday too. Pray that I can make it there with good news to share!And a quick update about my class. Went for tea with a few of them at Tanglin CC, where I went to study and eat while in SJI. Nothing special but at least I didn't feel like an outcast. Praise the Lord!God Bless!P.S. I do enjoy tags! Please share!

Hey all,Typing this on the last day of the debates competition(SMU Hammers)I participated in from Saturday to Sunday. Out of the 48 teams which participated, only 2 teams failed to win anything. Mine was one of them. But I enjoyed the experience tremendously! The battle of wit, the strategy, the manipulation, the duel of words, the obscuring... Debating is pretty addictive. And I was sent to gain experience, not to win(experienced only 2 debates before entering)(winning at least once would have been nice, but 3 times we lost by a split decision)(why so many brackets?)Buried in the ashes of defeat is an ember of experience. The next time I return, That ember would have kindled into a raging fire!All glory to Jesus, I really thank God for the experience!God Bless everyone! (P.S. Congrats to CJC's and AJC's band: Gold With Honours!)

Its been a while since I've shared with my friends about my life. So here it is!Last Monday, I failed NAPFA's 2.4km run. In addition I suffered from dehydration and had to drink 2 cartons of H-TWO-O(and still wasn't satisfied). Today, I retook the test without having extra training (unless you count 45 minutes on Wii Fit and jumping during service on Saturday =D). I prayed for a reduction of 40 seconds to pass...And I didn't get it.Instead my timing improved by almost a minute!!!All glory to God man!Now I gotta learn how to do pull ups... I envy those who only need inclined chin ups all their lives, haha.But the victory shall come in Jesus's name!I wonder how the DG is doing. Poly doesn't sound easy
